Katie’s background is in Architectural Drafting and Interior Design. She has studied a Bachelor of Design (Interior) at RMIT University in Australia, an Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting at a vocational school and an AutoCAD software course in Oslo. She has experience working in design firms in Norway, Australia, and Asia on commercial projects, such as Statskraft's main office in Oslo and high-end hotel and residential projects in Asia. These projects involved working on technical drawings, presentation drawings, mood boards, and documentation. She has also assisted with illustrations for an architectural textbook called Building a House: Framing Practices. In recent years, she has been studying and working as a teacher in Oslo and Australia.
