Fredrik started out with a strong interest in technology, working his way up in academia parallel with his studies, he is now a part of the Computing team as a Lecturer. He was awarded a Bachelor in Digital Forensics from Noroff University College, however, that was not enough as he enrolled into a master’s programme at Portsmouth University to further increase his knowledge of the computing domain. Fredrik was awarded a Master of Science in Cyber Security & Digital Forensics with Merit in 2024. Fredrik diligently applies both his known competence and newfound knowledge into his research and teaching at NUC.

Research Interests

Fredrik’s interested in Digital Forensic Education, Application analysis and the Investigative Process as research areas. He is also interested in research of the broader Cyber Security domain, and he is always looking for the next topic to be researched to gain new knowledge and develop new skills.
