Noroff University College (NUC) envisions becoming a great operator and facilitator for increased internationalisation activities, opportunities and projects. The Erasmus+ Programme is a key framework to establish, implement and reach our ambitious goals.

1. Erasmus Charter

Noroff University College has been awarded the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) by the European Commission for the period of 2021-2027. An Erasmus Charter is a quality and regulatory framework for Erasmus+ activities. Being certified includes several requirements and commitment from the institution, and it opens a lot of opportunities for increased internationalisation for both students and staff.

3. Erasmus+ APP

The Erasmus+ app contains a lot of information and guidelines for mobility and other Erasmus activities so that you gain as much as possible from your journey.

Please download the app here: Google Play Store (Android) or Apple Store (iOS)

For more information about the benefits of the app, please visit the information provided by the European Commission.

4. European Student Card

The European Student Card (ESC) is a digital tool that contributes to easier administration and transparency across institutions about your student status in your Erasmus endeavours.

The student card in combination with the app is set to enhance your journey, experience and both on- and off- campus services before, during and after mobility.

“An initiative to help students and higher education institutions on Erasmus+ exchanges by simplifying administrative processes and enhancing digitalisation.”

5. Erasmus Student Network

Erasmus Student Network (ESN) is a student welfare organisation for students affiliated with Erasmus activities. Please check out their main website: https://esn.org/

There are many local ESN sections too, so be sure to locate a charter near you and your destination: https://esn.org/sections. ESN provides a lot of information about mobility and Erasmus in a student-centric approach, which is clearly supported by their mission “Enrichment of society through international students.”

They also have a handy guidebook: https://esn.org/studentguidebook
