Simon Bowen is Head of Operations and Finance for Noroff Higher Vocational College and leads the Student Finance and Operations department. He is responsible for financial management, budgeting, reporting, operational performance, and organizational support across the institution.
Since joining Noroff in 2016, Simon has progressed from campus operations to Campus Manager and, in 2022, Head of Operations and Finance. With more than 20 years of experience in finance, consulting, entrepreneurship, and management, he brings a strong combination of strategic, financial, and operational expertise to his role. He holds qualifications in Business and Marketing, a BA in Business Information Management and a Master's degree in Strategic Management and Planning.
