Ronald Leppan is an Enterprise Architect in Noroff’s Business Technology and Operations department. He brings together a background in IT education, learning design and analytics, digital learning technologies, and technology governance.
Since joining Noroff, his roles have moved from content management to learning experience design, supporting both short learning programmes and accredited higher vocational education. As Content Manager and later Learning Experience Architect, he worked with teachers and professional subject matter experts to plan and develop online learning materials, providing pedagogical onboarding, templates, guidance, and quality support for digital learning.
His current work focuses on establishing a shared map of how Noroff’s people, processes, information, and technologies connect, making it easier for management to understand how Noroff operates and decide where to improve next. He is also facilitating the formalisation of Noroff’s information security work by documenting the policies, processes, and supporting resources needed to protect information, manage risk, and strengthen security practices over time.
