Linn Egestad-Gjengedal is our Sales Director at Noroff – School of Technology and Digital Media. She has been part of Noroff since 2019 and has held roles within Admissions, Marketing Automation and CRM. In October 2025, she took up the position of Sales Director.
Throughout her time at Noroff, Linn has played a central role in developing and optimizing the interaction between sales and technology. She has worked strategically with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, automated customer journeys and data-driven follow-up, with the goal of ensuring a holistic and efficient customer journey – from first contact to active student.
Linn holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and management from BI Kristiansand, specializing in Human Resource Management. She also has further education in HR and personnel development from Kristiania University College, as well as digital marketing from Noroff. With a background as a self-employed person and broad experience from sales, service and customer service, she combines operational sales experience with technological understanding. She is passionate about leading sales work with a clear commercial focus and strong customer understanding.
