Noroff Higher Vocational College is seeking a technically skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Vocational Teacher within Technical Design – Mechanical. This role focuses on supporting students in our online study programme through guidance, feedback, and teaching activities.
You will work closely with students via our digital learning platform, assess assignments, respond to questions in forums, and contribute to live sessions and workshops. The position is part of a growing academic environment, where we are currently developing the second year of the programme and strengthening our team.

Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on student assignments
- Guide and support students through our digital learning platform
- Engage with students in online forums and discussions
- Host or participate in live online sessions and workshops
- Contribute to the development of the study programme and course content
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Relevant industry experience as a mechanical engineer, CAD operator, technical draftsman, or similar
- Experience with Inventor Professional or similar 3D modelling software
- Strong understanding of technical documentation
- Good digital skills and familiarity with relevant tools
- Professional level of English, both written and spoken
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with 3D printing or visualisation
- Knowledge of additional CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Twinmotion or similar
- Experience with video production or digital content creation
- Teaching experience or an interest in pedagogy
