Erlend Topland holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a certified International Welding Engineer. He has therefore gained solid experience in design, construction techniques, and material science.

After completing his bachelor's degree, he worked as a mechanical engineer in various industries, including the railway sector, construction sector, and oil and gas. He has served as a project engineer for several projects related to maintenance, design, parts catalogues, and conversion projects. Erlend has developed strong expertise in design, 3D modeling, technical drawing, material science, parts catalogues, and project planning.
