Noroff is looking for a Senior Advisor in Student Support and Administration to assist in the running and improving procedures for non-academic student inquiries.
We are lookoing for someone who are dedicated to understanding and improving the non-academic part of the student journey. You comprehend and adhere to the law, regulation and student contract in handling student inquiries. And you proactively improve procedures, routines and information to ensure both compliance and operational excellence in your department.
The position is 100% permanent and based in Kristiansand.

Key Responsibilities:
- The role is expected to proactively suggest and manage relevant improvement initiatives in student support and administrative procedures:
- Align improvement initiatives with adjacent functions, such as quality assurance, system development (FS, CRM etc.), compliance, etc.
Alongside improvement initiatives, the role is expected to also understand and handle standard operational tasks related to the roles of advisor student support and advisor administration:
- Advise on rules and regulations.
- Handle student and study administration procedures.
- Update student information system.
- Manage the student journey (information channels and communication).
- Student retention management.
- Student involvement.
- Student economy, invoicing, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge about higher vocational education and the education sector.
- Extensive knowledge about the governing laws, regulations, and external entities that make up the framework of higher vocational education.
- Proven track record in improving administrative processes in higher education sector.
- Good IT and system understanding.
- Excellent content creation and writing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
